<button class="btn btn-info" data-target="#1" data-toggle="collapse" type="button">Do I need to bring my own linen and towels?</button>

No need to wrestle with extra baggage, as all bed linen and bath towels are provided. You may, however, wish to bring a beach towel and dressing gown for when you must begrudgingly climb out of the hot tub.

<button class="btn btn-info" data-target="#2" data-toggle="collapse" type="button">Are infants travel cots and high chairs available?</button>

Absolutely! We just ask that you please give us plenty of notice if they are needed so we can ensure their placement before your arrival.

<button class="btn btn-info" data-target="#3" data-toggle="collapse" type="button">Are pets welcome?</button>

Indeed, they are! We know how important your furry family members are and that’s why all of our lodges are pet-friendly. However, please advise when booking your reservation as to the type and number of pets you will be bringing. (maximum is two well-behaved dogs unless otherwise agreed).

<button class="btn btn-info" data-target="#4" data-toggle="collapse" type="button">Are credit cards accepted?</button>

No. We accept payment by Bank transfer or Paypal.

<button class="btn btn-info" data-target="#5" data-toggle="collapse" type="button">What time is arrival/check-in?</button>

15:00 pm – This affords us ample time after a previous guest has checked out to ensure your lodge is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival. We’ll even fire up your hot tub, so you can slide right in and relax after your long journey to get here.

<button class="btn btn-info" data-target="#6" data-toggle="collapse" type="button">What time is check out?</button>

10:00 am – Although we’re always sad to see our guests depart, this affords us ample time after your departure to ensure the lodge is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next guest’s arrival.

<button class="btn btn-info" data-target="#7" data-toggle="collapse" type="button">Is Wi-Fi available in all lodges?</button>

All of our Lodges have unlimited complimentary 4g WiFi.

<button class="btn btn-info" data-target="#8" data-toggle="collapse" type="button">Is there shopping nearby?</button>

There are supermarkets within a 15-minute drive, in both Morpeth or Alnwick. Although we hope you’ll make some time to explore these charming market towns, most of the supermarkets will deliver internet purchases to the Felmoor Holiday Park and therefore, your lodge.

<button class="btn btn-info" data-target="#9" data-toggle="collapse" type="button">What is there to do nearby?</button>

Beaches, castles, golf, fishing, shooting, boat trips, walking, and a zoo – take your pick! We could go on and on about all there is to do in Northumberland, but really, there is just too much to list. Our best advice is to visit the website VisitNorthumberland.com well ahead of your stay to plan a holiday you won’t soon forget.
