Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay, so there is no need to bring your own. You may still wish to bring separate towels for use around the hot tub.
Yes, travel cots and high chairs can be made available on request. Please let us know in advance when booking so everything can be prepared before your arrival.
Yes, our lodge breaks are pet-friendly. If you are bringing your dog, please let us know when booking. A maximum of two well-behaved pets is usually allowed unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Each lodge has its own booking link, allowing you to check availability and book online directly. If you have any questions before booking, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Check-in is from 3:00pm. This gives us enough time to prepare the lodge properly for your arrival and ensure everything is clean, ready and waiting for you.
Check-out is by 10:00am on the day of departure. This allows enough time for the lodge to be cleaned and prepared for incoming guests.
Yes, Wi-Fi is available within the lodges, so you can stay connected during your stay.
Yes, there are shops and supermarkets within a short drive in nearby towns such as Morpeth and Alnwick, making it easy to pick up everything you need for your stay.
